Account and Data Deletion
Delete your BabyLog account.
You can request deletion of your BabyLog profile and personal account data at any time. Baby profiles and activity history may be shared with other parents or caregivers, so shared baby data is handled separately from account deletion.
What account deletion removes
- Your BabyLog profile and sign-in access.
- Your app preferences and family access memberships.
- Your local voice recordings when you remove them from the app.
- Your subscription status mirror inside BabyLog.
Shared baby profiles and activities
If a baby profile is shared with another parent or caregiver, deleting your account does not automatically delete that baby profile or its activity history. Other family members may keep access to shared baby information and activity logs.
If you are the main parent for a baby profile, transfer ownership to another parent in BabyLog before deleting your account. If no other parent should keep the baby profile, delete baby data separately in the app.
Subscriptions
Deleting your BabyLog account does not cancel App Store or Google Play billing. If you have an active subscription, cancel or manage it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.
Request deletion
To request account deletion, email us from the email address used for your BabyLog account.
Include the subject line Delete BabyLog Account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing deletion.
